"Dave has always been good to me and my home heating needs for nearly 10 years. Before them it was National Oil who got bought out and lost most of their good quality service, maintenance techs and pricing.

Reno Fuel is very easy to work with, prompt and friendly. My only suggestion to those wanting to diss the company; don't. Plan ahead, don't be in a hurry. Expect to need more fuel when the months are cold. Have a backup heating plan if you use oil or anything for that matter.

Its funny reading the other bad reviews yet I bet it has to do with folks not keeping an eye on their fuel tank levels and planning ahead to not run out. Regular fuel and maintenance is a good thing for fuel oil tanks and burning units.

Keep up the great work guys. Jeremy and Dave. Its a pleasure that you take my call about once or twice a year, well in advance, of when I run out, and have you plan to visit me and my home the next day or two."

"After we moved into our new home and found out it had an oil furnace, I asked around and my friend at work said they used Reno Fuel Company. I called and talked to Ian who was very helpful at answering my questions since we had always lived with a gas furnace instead of oil. Other than that, the service was quick and it was easy to set up an account with them. Also, it was nice that they were a small enough business that I could actually talk to the owner directly."
